Welcome to our welfare fund! We are glad to see everyone willing to help!
I am happy to welcome you at our web-site. We are steadily working on this page, and it is regularly updated. We do our best to introduce new information every two months. We like to read and study books on psychology of people's relations, on their attitude to politicians at power, on the need of the poor for minimum material comforts. In our staff we have lawyers, psychologists and highly qualified doctors who have first-hand experience with all these problems. It happened so that at present we exist on a voluntary basis, but we have designers and constructors who are ready to devise a project and build a house for disabled and destitute elderly people. All our problems are discussed at the meeting of founders, sponsors and other people concerned. It's not a secret that the absence of funds prevents us from solving the problems faced by us and Russian people. We have to and we are willing to ask the rich people from all over the world for possible help, grants and material resources. We cooperate with Russian Orthodox Church and banks of the Russian Federation, but people of the world have not yet shown concern for us and our need. We hope for effective cooperation with everyone.

We ask for help: relief funds that are willing to provide financial help to our fund. We need money for project preparation and for construction of a house for disabled, destitute, needy and sick people. We also ask help from organizations which can help with providing medical insurance to these people.
