• REMEMBER that your personal success should not be achieved through harm to other people. Be loyal to everyone you serve and to your own principles.
• SEE friendship as the aim, not a means of achieving your aims. Believe that true friendship exists not for providing mutual services, but is supported by unselfishness and frankness.
• ALWAYS REMEMBER about your civil duty to your country, city and the district in which you live; to show, with your words and your deeds, loyalty to their interests; to give your time, efforts and opportunities for voluntary service.
• PAY SYMPATHY and provide help to all who are weak, who suffer, who need your help.
• BE CONCISE when criticizing others and generous when praising them. Create instead of destroying.
